Although a little pricier than average, he did everything he should and went above and beyond to defend my son against a false accusation and proved that the truth can prevail. It's a shame we have to pay 4500 to prove someone is telling a lie about us, but this man is the man for the job. He's gruff, expert, tenacious, and extremely understanding. We got the value we paid for, and my son can now move on with his life and put this ugly chapter behind him.

I worked with mr. Arendt for 8 years when I was with the rcmp. He was eager to learn when we were engaged in drug conspiracy cases and did good work

Don't judge unless you actually know the facts. Yes he starts off gruff but he does good honest work. Like any lawyer he would like to be paid for the job he does. Do you do work for free?, don't think so! He has been a lawyer for many years so has been around the block a few times when it comes to people promising to pay, but they never do. He is a good mad and does good work so all you haters take a good look in the mirror before you judge others.

Wow, I can't believe the negative responses about this lawyer, he's talented and doggedly tenacious. I inquired about his citation which was for a client incident in 2002 where he took a cash payment that both he and his client agreed would not be receipted. He was forthright about his mistake and according to the Law Society report about his citation directly admitted his wrongful accounting of the cash. Apparently the citation against him would not have been sustainable without this lawyer's admission. He won my case and I obtained the just result I hoped the system would provide. Sounds to me like there are some personal attacks here that are unrelated to the ability of this lawyer. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

The initial interview was free, and very informative and useful. He's initially quite gruff and wants the facts, just the facts ma'am. After you get past the initial gruffness he's a guy you'll like, can work with, and he will get results for you. His experience is money. I just don't agree with the prior opinion at all and was happy with my result.

Run, I was not at all happy with either Mr. Arndt's manner or his expertise. There are many others to choose from in Duncan.
