He got us our house back after our mortgage company foreclosed. He found out they had done all kinds of illegal things in our loan. They ended up dismissing the foreclosure, gave us cash, and paid his fees. Now our house is mortgage free. I don't know why he was suspended but he did a wonderful job for us. I wish him the best.

David C. Danielson took money in the form of a retainer from me--and then performed absolutely no legal services. He would not return phone calls, or reply to letters or emails in regard to my legal matter. I have had to use all of the resources available through the South Carolina Bar to deal with his misconduct. The SC Bar is on your side as it deals with misconduct from a (former?) SC Bar member. However, those in positions of authority within the Bar can’t help you unless you make the problems you have faced with Mr. Danielson known! Find contact information through http://sccourts.org/. File a written complaint with the Commission on Lawyer Conduct. Next, if applicable, file an application with the Resolution of Fee Disputes Board. Finally, as needed, also file an application with the Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection. Mr. Danielson will still face disciplinary hearings. It is critical that the SC Bar is fully informed just how far Mr. Danielson’s misconduct reaches!

He was suspended on June 22, 2009 with the South Carolina Supreme Court. He is on suspension for, at least, nine months. I don't know for what he was suspended.
