Brian Geissler is what I call a dirt bag attorney. He uses his clients as a money flow and does everything to make sure the cases become long and drawn out so he can make money off of others difficult divorces. His unethical behavior not only breaks the bank but has made emotional divorces even worse. He is a bad attorney and a bad greedy person and he needs to be disbarred.

I hired this attorney to handle a divorce for me. He did a great job and his staff is some of the best around. I would recommend Bryan Geissler to anyone needing a family law situation handled.

Bryan makes his living taking money from people during a very emotional time (divorce). He charges a large retainer, and continues to charge clients until all their resources are gone. Then drops his clients. He is unethical, has no respect, and frankly is a terrible lawyer. He lost all three cases I was involved in. I hope Bryan Geissler gets disbarred. There is no place in our legal system for a two-bit cheat like him.

Great attorney!! One of the best attorney's for handling divorces. His staff is awesome and can help with anything. If you go with Bryan plan on working directly with his paralegals...when it is time for Bryan to get involved he does and does an excellent job...I would recommend this attorney to anyone and his staff

We have had to use Bryan more than once in the divorce, as well updates. He has been very awesome the whole way thru and the ex did not get her way! We had valid proof of everything & he was great at presenting it all each time. Yes the bill is high & we're still paying, but the original attny said there was no way we'd win...just to give up...Bryan proved otherwise!! Thank you Bryan!!

This man is wonderful! I know he is busy but he has an excellent staff and support team which matters the most. He knows what he is doing and he is very ethical. He is a good family man as well!

Geissler was not responsive to my requests. He showed up to my court date with no paperwork and asked me if I had brought a copy for his use. I got my child support of course, because that is the way of the court. I only hired him because he was cheap and I needed some sort of representation after I had done most of the legwork. I am really surprised he is still allowed to practice.

This jerk just fleeced my daughter on her divorce.charging money for unnecessary paper work.Draging out the process etc. etc... He should be barred from pratice.. Would like to see his karma come back around to him....

I Hired Mr Gessiler & paid his a $500.00 retainer , I then signed a contract aggreeing to pay him 250.00 per month . When I got my copy of the contract from his poor lousy secertarys which are No better then him I got a different contract & it stated I owed him an additional $500.00 on a new date & this was not in the orignal contract I signed , He is a VERY POOR EXCUSE OF A MAN & LAWYER as far as I'm conserned & should be bared from praticing law in any state as well as his secterarys are very poor also

I was please wtih the outcome of Geissler in my case. He was aggressinve in my court hearing and would hire him again if needed. Communication could have been a little better but overall I felt he did an outstanding job.

I had a fairly complicated matter Ihad to replace prior counsel just short of trial Mr geissler took over and I got custody and a good parenting plan..

I have used Mr. Geissler two separate times over ten years. First he did my divorce and than changed my child support. It all worked out ok. But, if it was not for his staff, I'm sure my case would have been ignored. Basically, Mr. Geissler's staff makes his practice thrive. I would use Mr. Geissler again so long as I have the same paralegal. She was the one I talked to all the time. She did all the paperwork. The only time I ever talked with Mr. Geissler was at our first meeting and at court. Maybe because I did not talk with Mr Geissler very much is why my bill was expected. Make sure you get the paralegal who has been there the longest so you can know what is going on with your case and it will get finished faster. My girlfriend used Mr. Geissler but had a different paralegal. Things took longer and she never had her calls returned. Her paralegal only pushed everything to Mr. Geissler and her case took an eternity to finish.

Mr Geissler has a very low ethical standard that he holds himself up to. The lack of communication from his office is pittiful and his values are disgraceful. It doesn't matter if you have money or are a single parent fighting through the most difficult time of your life. Mr. Geissler has no problem financially gouging you either way. He is the shyster lawyer that your friends make jokes about.

Mr. Geissler has violated the Spokane Bar Association Code of Professional Courtesy and uses clients until their money is gone then he drops them. He doesn't care about winning a case, just getting the most money he can. I know he does not have a good reputation with judges either. Don't hire him!

Hired Mr. Geissler 13 months ago for Residential Schedule and Child support through State, Still not finished. Doesn't fallow through I've paid $3,000.00 so far.Did not represent me in court very well. I had to call to remind them that I was waiting for paperwork they said they'd send.I could have done this myself and save money as well as time!
