Scheduled 1st conference that I had to drive 300 miles to attend, halfway there receptionist called to cancel. On rescheduled conference they spent a good amount of time reviewing case and giving advice. Promised letter to obtain school records for my child, didn't receive it on my departure and I requested it again via email and phone several times the next day and received no response or letter. During the time I was gathering the 5K retainer they wanted I was served with a petition from child's father and sent this via e-fax to Bird and Standey, also sent via email and left several messages for them. NO CALL or EMAIL was ever returned I've never been so thankful for the inability to stroke a check for a 5K retainer. I would NOT recommend thier services or getting caught up in the smoke and mirrors famous cases they mention their hand in on their website.
