I wish that there was a zero star because Ms. Napolitano deserves no clientele. She is very unprofessional, has terrible customer service, she is downright condescending, money hungry and honestly just mean. She was handling my case for 9 years, came to my asylum court date late and unprepared. Throughout the difficulties and frustrations my mother and I decide to severe ties due to the constant random fees she charged with out no explanation and reason. The breaking point was one day when I went for an appointment at 1:00pm sharp (30 minutes earlier than scheduled) and her staff whom scheduled said appointment said that in fact, my appointment was for 10. Being that I travel from another borough, taking 2 trains because Manhattan isn’t up the block, I’m sure I’d remember the time. After yet another unprofessional confrontation, Theresa said to me and I quote “at-least you are still in America”. This is just a brief explanation to hell that is hiring Theresa and staff. Teresa Napolitano is the the worst human being you can deal with. her intolerance for immigrants is beyond DONALD TRUMP'S! she is DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL and RACIST RACIST RACIST. she does not give any interests and will do anything to mess up your cases from misspelling names to ussumed nonexistent events on applications, making people sign without reading the full application. because she thinks immigrants can't be smart. I wish I can know all the people who have the same experience that we can make her DISBARRED. She HATES Immigrants even though her parents are immigrants from Italy. do not go to her if you want to stay in US , she is rude as hell and greedy she starts with 65000$ that she can make you DEPORTED. She will ask you more money because of her purposes errors. TERESA NAPOLITANO does not have time to call you for further questions regarding "court arguments" she made her assistants call you.WTFV Why IS she still practicing? she needs to be DISBARRED!

I hired this lawyer back in 2013 she took over $9000 from me the case she applied for was denied. My family file for me and was approved I was going to hire another lawyer to do my case ms Neapolitano said I would reopen you case and do it for free I did get my case approved she was supposed to no cancel the previous case that she filed so unprofessional and not fear to what she is doing to people don’t waste your time and money

I want to emphasize the negative comments that this attorney received. Buyer beware.I would not recommend the Law Office of Theresa Napolitano.
Short Version: Back in the days when we had no yelp, in 2002, Napolitano was in a partnership with Sandy Khine. Their office screwed up my H1B1 application that I paid $3000 plus for including the expedited processing fee. They filed it non-expedited. Never really apologized or refunded any fees paid.
Napolitano's incompetence and refusal to take my questions seriously nearly cost me a job that it took me a year to find. Thankfully, the employer was willing to wait 3 months for an application that a competent attorney could have turned around in 3 weeks.

She is nice before takes your money, as soon as you have paid her, then you see her rude side. She has no time for her clients, very hard to reach and once you ask questions she is uncomfortable with the drops your case. She over books herself, she might show up when you need. Proceed with caution. She left me stranded.

She is the WORST lawyer and professional I EVER EVER dealt with. She is extremely rude and definitely a MONEY SUCKER!!! She asked me to make a down-payment to start my case and literally never worked on it. I had to call her office literally every week to ask for an update on when they would start the case. Every time I called, her secretary would say: she is in court", "she is not available", "she would call you within 2 days", "please call her back at 4 pm". She rarely returned my phone calls and when she did she would be short, rude and never answer my concerns. She would take your money and not deliver! If you are considering hiring her, think twice and make sure you are very certain of your decision because once you make that first payment not only you will not hear back from her and you will have to chase her, and also if you do decide to ultimately get a refund because of her very bad service and because she did not deliver she will unfairly keep part of hard-earned money!!!!
