I wish that there was a zero star because Ms. Napolitano deserves no clientele. She is very unprofessional, has terrible customer service, she is downright condescending, money hungry and honestly just mean. She was handling my case for 9 years, came to my asylum court date late and unprepared. Throughout the difficulties and frustrations my mother and I decide to severe ties due to the constant random fees she charged with out no explanation and reason. The breaking point was one day when I went for an appointment at 1:00pm sharp (30 minutes earlier than scheduled) and her staff whom scheduled said appointment said that in fact, my appointment was for 10. Being that I travel from another borough, taking 2 trains because Manhattan isn’t up the block, I’m sure I’d remember the time. After yet another unprofessional confrontation, Theresa said to me and I quote “at-least you are still in America”. This is just a brief explanation to hell that is hiring Theresa and staff. She is nice before takes your money, as soon as you have paid her, then you see her rude side. She has no time for her clients, very hard to reach and once you ask questions she is uncomfortable with the drops your case. She over books herself, she might show up when you need. Proceed with caution. She left me stranded.
