This office came highly recommended for my worker's comp case. Mr Clancy never returns phone calls or emails. I had to beg him to get a response!!! Mr. Clancy had my case for 6 months and decided after six months that he no longer wanted to handle my case because he did not want to drive to the court to file the necessary petitions or attend court for my case! After deciding he didn't want my case, he took almost three weeks to turn my file over to another attorney I selected to handle my case. Mr. Clancy was a huge disappointment and has cause me to suffer longer by lack of his commitment to my case! I would NOT recommend him to another person... ever!

Mr Clancy was great at first. He is a workers comp ESQ. My case has been going on for 6 years. This past 2 years its been horrible he tells me one thing and I find out later its not that way. I still don't think he asked for a settlement offer but that is here say. He has not returned my phone calls. He has not kept me up to speed with my case. He tells me what I want to hear to shut me up for the time being. I'm paying him money to ignore me and prolong my case. I don't feel he works for the best interest of the client. BEWARE
