Made fun of me and my debt and openly joked with the opposing side about my student loan debt,and the fact that I received social security disability benefits as though I was faking. Even after the US government discharged 40,000 in student loans because of the severity of my disabilities, I still am badly in debt, struggling every month, and for the past two months have had to go without necessary medication. If you're disabled stay far away! He even allowed me to overpay my insurance by 200 a month for 10 years. Over 20,000 dollars wasted of Tax Payers Money (where do the problems from paying for Medicare come from) if I had the money to sue my own bankruptcy attorney I would. This is from a current client. Not a good resource for Bankruptcy. After discharge you are pretty much on your own. Makes promises and does not follow through. Will only make contact when reviews or complaints are filed and or looming. There are better out there do your research. I wish I had!!!

Do you research no communication weeks calling get a voice mail emailing no reply started doing my own research to prepare for my hearing realized i had other option scratching my head wondering why he doesn't suggest them maybe i misunderstand the lawyer and clients relationship basically i sit hear in the dark like a mushroom waiting to see if my family loses our home.

I filed with mr. Epstine. And I wish I had never picked this man. I paid my bankruptcy off and I still owe people. I am not out of debt, I just spent5 years paying payments. Now I am right back in the same boat I was before. Still in debt. This man took over 3,000. 00 from me, and still I struggle to pay everything off. I still owe 11 more years on my land, which should have been paid off. I do not recommend this lawyer!!!

communication was great before i filed,after i filed couldn't get anyone to call me back and answer any of my concern im sure its not eron the ladys in the office just dont seem to know what there doing or how to treat people almost like a meat market

I was so impressed by Eron and his staff. My bankruptcy was seamless and when I went to court Mr Epstein did all the talking and handled it all for me. I truly felt taken care of and protected. Now I'm totally free of all that debt and have already been able to buy a car and get my credit rebuilding process going. Thank you Eron and thank you to all your staff!

my chapter 7 case was all messed up and now I am still having problems with things that were supposed to be in my case file!
