asked for retainer AFTER she was court appointed, refused to work on my case (wouldn't take phone calls, or evidence from me) she was very rude. because of her refusal to actually work with me I have lost my child permanently. (if it had been any other atty that wouldn't have happened). I can't rate her knowelge because she wouldn't speak to me, value: she's not worth a dime, quality: I would rather have a prelaw student, communication: there was none by her, refused to return phone calls or send me copies of court documents, and wouldn't even tell me when court dates were! so if you can, avoid this woman unless you for sure want to lose your case!!

She is the best. My wife wanted to make our divorce a big hairy deal and Carol worked hard with her lawyer to get it done quickly and without a trial.

I found Ms. Hutcheson to be heads above the other lawyers that I interviewed before I settled with her law firm. It should be noted that Carol goes above and beyond to explain options, describe past case law and final decisions. I would recommend her for those of you that feel like you have been taken advantage of and just want things to be right and fair. I know this doesn't have anything to do with the law; however, Carol is just fun to be around and is a very attractive women.
