I do not recommend Sandra Wilmot as a real estate lawyer. I was closing on a house with Nothnagle and had a nice transaction until it came to the legal part. I am sure she knows the law but I do not know for sure because she never returned any of my phone calls. Once she was retained and paid, she seemed not interested in me or my case. I telephoned Sandra Wilmot and she did not call me back for a month. I think the only reason she did return my call was because my real estste agent asked her to. I was told she could help us get out of our lease...she didn't and I had problems with the house (exploding oven, leaking pipes, and no heat in the middle of the winter), she was no help. In fact, she never called me back and sounded annoyed the one time I got a hold of her. Do not spend thousands of dollars on this lack of service. Find another lawyer!
