Seven months and $10k with W. Donald Bolton and couldn't even get to mediation in my divorce case. He seems knowledgeable but his ability to move the case forward was unsatisfactory to me. I fired him. Obviously I can not provide a positive recommendation.

Don Bolton is a cut above any attorney i have retained in the 25 plus years i have dealt with legal problems both in my business and personal affairs. I do not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. He has always been fairly priced and never failed to give more than my moneys worth of service and performace in a timely manner. He has an unknown price structure. Charges what ever he wants to - forget his hourly fee structure. Does not return calls, does not comunicate with you. Ignores you. All he does is show up for court and charges you $2,500!

Does not return phone calls, is not honest, does not do what he says, only cares about getting a large retainer up front. Provides no accounting for fees charged.
