Gave Mr. Altemus my case in November 2006. Never heard from him for 18 months. Called, wrote letters, e-mailed, and stopprd by in person, but was always put-off. Never had communication. After 18 months I talked to him and was told I did not have a case. He said he tried to contact me often but could not reach me at my work. I was unemployed. He basically lied to me about why he had not contacted me.
