I blame myself for this since I initiated the case while emotionally frail. I knew the cost of her service going in. However she would double up billing when she and her staff were in conference together(nearly $700/hr)that's just bad form. Any questions about billing were met with "the agreement you signed says..." and she would threaten to file a change of attorney. That's extortion. Initially I liked her non-emotional approach but learned that she actually has limited social skills. After a full year she didn't know how to pronounce my name and embarrassed me in court. When I called her out on it (in private)she got mad at me,no appology. A $2 Holiday card would be a be nice gesture for a client paying 10s of thousands.Definitely lost on her. Lots of scheduling delays. Regularly late for meetings, attended most of them wearing sweats. Unaccommodating office hrs (9:30-4:30)I give props to her office mgr very hard worker and nice, but feel sorry she has to defend her boss. Don't hire.

Completely worthless, got ran over in court by opposing counsel as well as the bench. Stated that she would work pro bono, and that the bill was just a formality in order to protect from having to pay other parties attorney fees. Everything was lost in court to the other party.

Blew thru retainer, nothing was accomplished. No communication in 7 months. Had to let her go, spent 6,000 0 accomplished.

Don't hire a divorce lawyer do it yourself! Don't go to court all these Divorce lawyers talk and work it out to squeeze every dollar from the litigants. Even if your spouse is so dangerous that he/she is convicted of Assault with a deadly weapon and Child Abuse these divorce lawyers feel entitled to take every dollar from the victim. I hired Ann and she took everything from me after my husband was convicted in criminal court my divorce is still not final.

My divorce cost me $32K, because Ann failed to follow-up and follow-through. I was only when I placed a lien on my own home, at her request, so she could get paid more money--did the divorce finally settle- after almost 3 years in litigation. No divorce should take that long.Unless you have gobs of $$, do not hire this person.
