Lori Finazzo is a great attorney who cares about doing the right thing! Her integrity, strong character, and value system operating is always in her clients best interest. You might not like what she has to say. That’s too bad, she operates with a moral compass for her clients well-being. If you aren’t going to be transparent, put in the work, and only pay an expensive rate to assist with your motives of being vengeful towards an ex. That’s not how she works! Lori is a well recognized aggressive Macomb County attorney who doesn’t put up with crap- so you don’t get bullied by the system or opposing council. I’ve been on an amazing journey with her the past 3-4 years. Supervised visitation situation she assisted with changing my life. Not even kidding, she’s a wonderful person!

If you are the husband in your divorce, take out a few mortgages to hire good lawyers to contest this sexist coward if your wife hires her. She is an absolute joke and needs a mental health evaluation for pushing her disgusting slanderous rhetoric while pushing a false narrative while abusing her friendships with court officials to not be held accountable.

Lori did NOTHING in my divorce. The case was going to be dismissed by the judge for lack of action!!!! I had to tell her to subpoena my wife’s work information. It’s been 3 months & still don’t have them. She advised me to opt out of friend of the court which I did not. I think I may switch.

Sucked big time STAY FAR AWAY Not helpful for her client, worried more that my ex wouldn't have anything Awful communication and horribly expensive. MY BAD for not telling her off and walking out the second time I went there. Gut feeling but too emotional to think straight.

She Took my money.., gave me high hopes on protecting my children and did nothing.,,the defendant lawyer Wouldnt let her get a word in... lori didn't know how to fight back and barely said anything I had told her to say. I went to back to court alone right after and i won the case with out lori against the same lawyer that defendant had! Hire her if you want to lose your case....,

Totally misrepresented me. Gave me high hopes had way to many other cases going was late to all court appearances was not professional at all acted like I was bothering her when I asked questions. Complete joke of an attorney do not hire her!

Lori is loud, into herself, cuts you off when you talk or stress a concern ,rushes you off the phone,does not follow up with you, does not tell you what to bring to court or over view the case or information before hand.She swears in the court room and acts as if she wants all the attention on her or to have everyone know her. unfair,bossy,loud,rude, and to top it off super exspensive. instead of hiring her i would rather defend myself.shes no help at all.

I used Lori for my divorce and she was beyond good she fought for me like I was one of her family members she is very very good and I would not use anyone one else I am very happy with everything and would use her again for any court issues I ever come about with my divorce

My friend and I both used Lori for our cases. Her high retainer made me nervous but she told me that she is one of few attys that refunds any part of the retainer she doesnt use. That made me feel comfortable and I hired her. When my case was almost over, I suddently stopped getting her monthly bill showing how much money was left in my retainer. I knew I had alot of money left so I wasnt concerned. Months after my case was over and I didnt get a refund I called her office. They said Lori had to "approve" my refund. That took another month of waiting and another phone call to the office. When I finally received the refund, it was practically nothing. I asked why and they sent me the long lost bill showing all of the charges from the months I didn't get an invoice. When I asked why I stopped getting the bill there was no explanation. Mistake? I doubt it - the EXACT same thing happened to my friend.

I worked with Lori not as a client, but as someone in the prosecutor's office regarding a case in which her client was a victim. What really stood out to me about Lori was how much she cared for her client and wanted/got the best results possible. She is an outstanding lawyer who really goes the extra mile for her clients.

she is only in it for the money....does not care when it comes down to it in the court room. Rushes you through the whole process of the family law. she needs to go back to school and refresh what she was taught in ethics class. her over all demeanor is very poor. keep your money and go else where if your looking for an attorney.

I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews for Lori recently and I am surprised. She has been my attorney for about a year and a half and I couldn't be happier with how she handled my case. She is expensive, there is no questions about it; however, I feel like the money spent was well worth it. Her experience coupled with her tenacity makes her someone I'm glad I didn't have to cross. She is highly respected by her peers and her presence is definitely felt when she walks into a room. I felt like she always had the situation under control. Also, she is non-bias when it comes to working with men. Other attorneys told me that all I could hope for was joint physical custody, but Lori was different. She fought hard for me and because of her and answered prayers, I have full physical custody of my daughter. Thanks Lori!

Dont be fooled. When I first met with Lori she told me "I will take good care of you!" As soon as I paid my retainer, her attitude changed. She rushes you through phone calls then bills $60 per call. She is more interested in socializing with her friends at court then taking care of her clients. She reschedules your court dates often because she is gone alot. She will not go to bat for you, trust me.

Lori will fight for you! I am reading all of these bad reviews on her work, and I have absolutely no idea what they are talking about! She is completely professional and so down to earth. She really has become a great friend and support system through my divorce. She is by far one of the most respected lawyers in the county and I would recommend anyone to her. She knows the law in and out and she returns phone calls so quickly! You always feel like you are in good hands with her.

Even though she was my attorney many years ago, I still haven't got over my experience with her. She was extremely unprofessional in her attire and make-up, the judge thought I was the lawyer. Her superior called and yelled at me just for bring my father into a meeting with her. I am bitter still and amazed I'm reading she is still an attorney.

Spent over 30k on legal and professional fees referred by counsel. One year later near trial judge granted her widthdrawl request. Lots of evidence provided for her to help her with objectives from the beginning. She claims to be a believer. She encourage me the whole time that I am in good hands. She underestimate her opponents, not truthful and not prepared against agitating attorneys. She appears to be caring and honest....shame on me. An expensive lesson just to lose hope in our justice system.

Lori was very knowledgeable, considerate, and compassionate. She fought for what was fair and honest. She has great presence in the court room and will work hard on getting what is in best interest for you and your family. She may come off as abrupt but she is just straight to the point and ready to get down to business. Just make sure you provide her with the information she needs. I was very happy with her services!! She's the best in Macomb county!

Very compassionate person. Lori is very knowledgeable in her field and scope of practice in Family Law/Divorce. I also found her to be very fair and hones in her billing practice. I highly recommend her to anyone that is in this unfortunate situation. You will not be sorry that you retained her to represent you. She is also very assertive and aggressive and knows how to face off with the other side.
