This man is contracted to represent the Department of Family and Childrens Services in the juvenile courts of the Augusta Circuit.
He threatens parents with filing deprivation petitions, whether or not such action is justified. He encourages/allows DFACS agents to disregard court orders. He has no concern for the children he helps to detain.
He also helps ensure that the families do not have access to records and information that could prove that the families are innocent of child abuse.
