His ability as an attorney is excellent. He kept me informed at all times and was very effective. I am grateful that I hired him and and his firm for my case. He fought hard for me and was prepared.

The worst lawyer you'll ever find! It's as if he did everything to lose my case which dragged out for two years. If you dare complain he & his partner will verbally attack & threaten you. After I fired him I won my case quickly with another attorney.

Mr. Piccaretto has no communication skills at all. He will not return calls. If you go to his office because he didn't return your calls, you will be yelled out about not having an appointment. Does not follow through with what he says. Did not get a final bill for services, even though I should have gotten a refund for money paid. Called the Florida Bar for complaint, he called back and was very hostile.

My experience with Mr. Piccaretto was very negative. His poor representation allowed the opposing counsel to have every advantage. He did return phone calls in a prompt and efficient way, yet billed me extensively for every call I made in attempt to get him to do so. Beware of this attorney and his poor representation.

Did not return phone calls, took little to no action, and in general office staff was very hostile. Did not represent their abilities, and generally not worth the effort.
