Mr. Ramani successfully took care of my H-1B, its renewal, and subsequent green cards for myself and my family. I found him knowledgeable and sincere; he did everything he said he would, and everything happened as he said. His bedside manner, especially over email, is not the sweetest, but in the end he's being very direct and does not sugar-coat things or create false expectations. Attorneys' time is also not the cheapest, so you can't blame him for trying to limit the chitchat. Another reviewer's complaint about his staff sharing an email address strikes me as irrelevant, but has recently changed anyway. Caveat: Before submitting to the USCIS, Ramani's staff sends you the forms to review; it's important you check everything: I caught several typos over the years. All in all, I think this is a great value if you keep your eye on the ball, take care of business, and don't expect them to hold your hand.
