Attorney Jim Warren is an exceptional attorney in all respects. Attorney Warren is extremely skilled in the practice of family law and will fight for your rights and the rights of your children in family court more than any attorney I have ever observed. He won full physical and legal custody for me just for my daughter in the permanent trial as he did during the TPA or Temporary Parenting Arrangement hearing. Mr Warren has represented me 2 times now, and so far we are 2 and 0. He has been practicing law for quite awhile and so he is very knowledgeable of the law and all the major players in the Charlotte area. Every case is different and every case as special needs. I have a very hostile, and unreasonable ex wife. There is an old saying fight fire with fire. In the past I tried to be reasonable, I tried to be fair. I used cheaper lawyers with less experience. I was very naive about the legal process, and extremely naive thinking thinking I could work things out amicably with my ex. I have a disastrous divorce and lost everything, but things are slowly turning around. He might cost more than other lawyers I do not know. What I have learned the hard way, in the long run get the best lawyer you can, you will pay far less in the long run. If you need an aggressive lawyer who will fight for your rights I would highly recommend Mr Warren.

Mr. Warren is a excellent attorney. Not only does he do what is the best interest of the child, he is honest and knowledgeable with all aspects of the law. I highly recommend Mr. Warren and think that he does fantastic, detailed work on cases. When you need a attorney to protect your most precious aspect, your child, Mr. Warren is the best.

James Warren is very knowledgeable at law and although I do believe he has convinced himself that he does a good job and is a great salesman who will convince you that he is worth the price he charges; his focus is not on the child's welfare whatsoever. He really adds fuel to the fire of what the adults involved are already going through including very harsh character attacks when unnecessary to achieve desired results creating an unhealthy environment for the child. He also allows court dates to occur that he knows should have never been scheduled and could have been cancelled ahead of time just to charge the client money. He has no ethics or morals whatsoever which should be mandatory when dealing with situations that effect children.

This office, from the lawyer to the legal aid to the secretary was disorganized, didn't answer questions, didn't formulate a plan for the case, didn't answer phone calls...when I switched lawyers, Warren's office didn't even answer the new lawyers calls for files!
