The circumstances of my DUI (bac .30, with collision) were very serious and could have cost me jail time and the loss of my job, as well as a host of other consequences, including mandatory court fees totaling in the thousands of dollars. Wonderful, Ray is personable, understanding and good at what he does. I got in legal trouble and with my ex, so needless to say I was in trouble. Ray worked with me, and helped me through the process, got all the charges dropped and was always just an email or call away. The best possible experience dealing with the worst possible experience.

I was pulled over on my way home from a night of dancing with my friends.Not knowing it was a CHP, I saw the red light and proceeded to pull over thinking it was an ambulance. Soon he asked me to step out the car and I was so surprised I was being pulled over in the first place. I immediately started looking for a DUI lawyer online. I found Ray Dinari to be the most knowledgeable. His experience and knowledge about DUI cases made me want to choose him to fight for my case. He let me know all the things I needed to do and kept in communication with me along the way. He was very thorough and nice throughout the process. He ended up winning my case and my DUI charges were dropped. It ended up being the blood test I gave, which showed I was under the limit. He let me know to connect with him in a year and he’ll work on getting my arrest changed from “booked” to “detained”. All in all I am happy with how Ray Dinari handled my case with professionalism and compassion

Ray Dinari explained to me my case, and the options that were available to me. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. We discussed the different possibilities. He acquired store video footage. After reviewing he said clearly I was falsely charged. I did not want to make a deal with the prosecutor because I felt I was innocent, So even though it took more of Ray's time he was more than willing to fight for me. The end result, was my case did get dropped. I will definitely recommend him to others.

The Law Office of Ray Dinari was referred to me by one of my sisters friend. In 2014 I got myself into a huge predicament. I was a first time offender and I was facing 8 plus years in prison. This by far was the best referral I ever received in my life. I was facing transporting, large quantity of an illegal substance, and hidden compartment charges. Since our initial introduction "Ray", as I have now come to know him, has consistently presented himself in both a professional and personable manner; a most redeeming quality not only for an attorney but for someone that I now have the privilege of also calling a trusted friend. With that said, I find a few of the unfavorable comments given quite perplexing and can't help to wonder if perhaps some indecorous expectations were not fulfilled on the part of a contemptuous client. Ray was a great lawyer, this was the second time I had used him and both times he successfully got me what I needed with my case! First case was a driving on suspended and was reduced to driving without a license, and second case was a 2nd dui with mandatory jail time and he got me home confinement as I work two jobs and could not have done jail time. I was thankful for his services, he knew the court and laws inside and out, he was always available any time I had questions and treats you like a friend rather than a client. With any lawyer, you will pay $$, and I can say he was worth every dollar and I would recommend him to all of my family and friends. Thanks Ray! -Lindsay-

He was actually recommended to me and you would think he would actually come through and do a good job. He is the worst excuse of a lawyer will lie and lie to get your money after that it is hard to even keep in contact with him. Very forgetful and if your a cute girl he will do what he can to come on to you. Will offer you drinks or invite you to his smoke bar that he goes too. He breaks all the laws of lawyer/client conduct and should be reported to the state board. Says he has 18 years of experience and that should speak for itself unfortunately it only speaks that he has been robbing people for 18 years. Waste of money its too bad also doesnt keep many things confidential he had a client on speaker and I could hear about there case. Poor excuse of a lawyer. I cant believe I trusted him : (

It is with great pleasure I write this review of Mr.Dinari. As a single mother, with 2 young children, I was scared to death of the criminal charges I had coming against me. Not only was Mr.Dinari successful in the best outcome for my case, he was there to help me thru every court appearance in a most professional manner. Very knowledgeable. Very calm demeanor, but an 'A-type' personality at the same time. Thought his services were a good value- although, all lawyers seem to be pricey! Overall I am pleased with the services.

Makes promises to clients and does not follow through. Quotes a reasonable fee and hours at first and then bills for so much other stuff outside of quote. Always late and forgetful.
