This attorney was disbarred in 2010! He was sentenced to 3-5 in state prison in Nov. 2009, on over 20 felony counts, including larceny over $500.00, forgery of a judge's signature, intimidation of a witness, impersonation of a police officer!!! He was obviously not a lawyer anyone would want to hire! Who wrote the review in 2012? Have you been away for the past 5 years? This man is crooked. Stay far away from him!

I have known Mr. Kelly for a long time he was my little league baseball coach. I have been best friends with his son since I can remember and I am a junior in college now. About a year ago I was assaulted pretty badly and had a lot of evidence to prove it. I intended to take the person to court and get compensation for my hospital bills. I paid Mr. Kelly a susbstantial amount of money upfront. He was supposed to file complaints and all paperwork etc. It has been over a year now and I have asked for my money back countless times. He has dont absolutely nothing to help me even though I have paid him to do so. He keeps telling me and my parents our check is in the mail since a few months after the incident. He has told us he filed complaints with the courts, we checked up on these claims and no paperwork was filed. He is a very smart lawyer but has no interest in his clients. I would strongly recommend you do not use this man as a counsel if you intend to bring someone to court.
