This man told me he would take my case, and then refused to return my calls or emails for months, although he already had me doing background research for my own case (courthouse, etc.). When I finally heard from him after four months, we again agreed he would take my case and I sent him a check. One month later, after assuring me on the phone numerous times he was taking my case and would cash the check the next day, he has not done so. He will lie directly to your face, so don't use him. Moreover, my case was about landlord-tenant law, and as my reference I used a book he co-authored--he showed me this the one time we met. When we discussed my case over the phone months later, he did not remember the laws correctly. He's a fraud.
