In a custody hearing regarding primary parent attorney represented fathe, primary caregiver for 8 years, while his Navy wife furthered her career including 2 years of deployment. With ample evidence to present, Brock made no motions to counter any of the claims the wife's attorney made, presented none of the evidence of multiple infidelities, called no witnesses who where in the courtroom and did nothing for the husband other than take his money. During the relationship the attorney refused to return calls the husband made to him, did not disclose an agreement that was apparently made with wife's attorney to his client and took a very long time and multiple calls to send the file back to the husband so he could proceed with another attorney in the final hearing. Only when the husband hired another attorney did he discover the true extent of the damage caused him in his quest to be primary parent by the attorney not presenting his case properly.
