I was on time frame with SSD and he jerked me around wouldnt return phone calls etc.. he is horrible

I totally agree with the previous rating. He did seem like he was working for the other side. Very poor communication. Horrible as a defense lawyer. Didn't seem to even try to counter the other side. We also ended up owing on this law suit, because of his representation. As a Judge will tell you, "A fool represents himself". You would be better off being a fool than using this attorney. He just doesn't care.

Dan Stewart seemed like he was working for the other side. Poor communication. Horrible as a defense lawyer. Didn't seem to even try to counter the other side. We ended up owing on this law suit, because we were not represented well. If you want a chance in court, find a different lawyer!!
