He is my son's court appointed lawyer but does nothing. He waits to the day of court to talk to him! It's obvious his paying clients don't get much better service and he was reprimanded in 2015!

Mr. Werre has done absolutely nothing for my case. Very poor work ethics. Does not give you information on your case, takes weeks for him to return phone calls. Does not do what he says hes gonna do for his client.

I wish I had found this website before hiring this guy. He is a nice person but a lousy attorney. His paralegal is just as bad. They do not return calls, do not follow through on things and do not keep you informed of what is happening in your case. He was recently reprimanded by the FL Supreme Court for his poor job performance. Do not walk out of his office. RUN! Go find a different attorney who will actually do the job you are hiring him to do. Unfortunately I paid him upfront. It was money lost because I ended up having to hire someone else. I even had to go before the Judge for a contempt of court hearing because he failed to file court ordered documents. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HIRING HIM. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO A MORE REPUTABLE ATTORNEY. GOD KNOWS I WISH I HAD BUT SOME THINGS ARE LEARNED THE HARD WAY. Don't make the same mistake that me and many others have made. Do some research and hire someone who will actually put in the time and work to win your case.

DO NOT USE THIS PERSON!! He is horrible on every aspect of working your case. You never get to speak w/ him once he gets your money. He does nothing on your case. I had a change for child support.....it took him 3 months just to get papers ready to serve ex with papers. That was after me calling constantly to get something done. After 8 months of nothing done I finally had to fire him.

Went in on July or August 2011 for a simple divorce paper modification of visitation and to get my sons last name changed to mine. Should be less than a few months to get something like that completed. My ex wasn't fighting me on anything and even said Mr Werre could call him and he would tell him that. Finally got a court date and saw the judge last October 2012 and she said she didn't see any issue with anything that he drew up and to get it sent to her and she would sign off on it as soon as she receives it. It's now April 2013 and they will not return calls and when they do he tells me that he will have it done in a couple weeks. Had to pay him up front for him to even work on it but it's been years and this is ridiculous. I should have checked his ratings before going to him.

RUN AWAY! Simple diviorce, Already had custody order and child support, No contest from ex for anything. As simple as it can get and it took over 1 year! Yes, OVER A YEAR.. What is worse is that "Paula" does not call you back. You call and they say they are too busy to talk to you and to call back... Then they say they will call back but always forget. You have to show up and sit in the office just for them to work on your case... And heres the worst part.. We had not seen any progress on the clerk of court site for 3 months so we called and heres what the issue was.. They needed to send a paper to the court and said they "Forgot" Unacceptable... Unprofessional.. All this to save 500 dollars.. Please go else where !

Was told at consultation (which i was told was a free consultation, ended up getting charged for it) if we paid upfront it would speed up the process, which it didn't. It took a year for a simple adoption from a deadbeat father. My daughters name was spelled wrong on the official paperwork, so they had to do it over again (twice). Was told that he would send out to get my daughters new birth certificate, received the paperwork for me to send out for her birth certificate and the info was wrong. Please invest your money into someone else. I wish someone would have warned me. RUNNN!!!

Takes entirely too long to take care of simple court filings. Poor communication. He takes your money and then you wait endlessly. I have been waiting 5+ months and still do not have papers filed for guardianship. I will never use him again.

We hired Randy in Feb and he had a lot of personal problems that interfered with good communication and timeliness, missed meetings. When I hired another lawyer a month later, he said he finally had our divorce paper ready to file. I told him it was too late, and he offered to send it to us anyway, reminding me his 2000 fee was nonrefundable. When asked, he said he'd send a detailed reciept, which he never did. Nice person, not a helpful lawyer. He was a costly mistake. We will be paying a long time to pay off the debt we inccurred to pay his fee for doing nothing.

Randy was very nice. His secretary was great! Randy was fairly good but he blew it with my back child support so my ex husband ended up not having to pay a dime. During our mediation, Randy had to rush off to another meeting, and it ended up never being addressed. Unfortunately for me, and luckily for my abusive ex husband. Unforgiveable!

He can be expensive But he will definitely advocate for your rights and that of your children. His laid back manner can be deceiving. He will get you what you need in the end. But don't hesitate to ASK for what you need or want. Also, Make friends with his Law secretary. She will get paperwork done and make sure you get what you need.
