The office staff does not care about picking up your phone calls, neither do they care
about making sure to call you back even when they promise to do so.
I am in the process of getting my citizenship. This law office did not file my application
for employment. I was under the impression that it was filed.Redgate's response "The USCIS is incompetent, they loose things all the time".
When in actuality his response should have been "We did not file the application, we dont care about our clients, and we take the blame for the outcome of this case as you hired us to see this matter through completion."
