This guy doesnt care about you as a client or a person. He has a license to steal, and uses it. I do NOT recommend. I had a SOLID case and he SCReWED IT UP ROYALLY! HE got pissed and dissmissed ME, but still BILLED ME #1200 for NOTHING. DO NOT use this lawyer. You WILL regret it.

On December 16, 2010 I to received a fraudulent credit card charge from the law offices of Martin R Capetz in the amount of $2.56 I have no idea who this guy is and never heard of him. Be careful

Not guilty. What else is there to say? Nothing the DA threw at him flew because he kept knocking it all down.

Showed up to DMV hearing 20 minutes late, did not show up to the arraignment at all, and had to hire another lawyer to enter diversion. Better off on your own.

I hired Marty several months ago. His office staff was great! They helped me with everything. I talked to several other lawyers in the area first, and they were all negative and down (telling me just to plea and take the deal). Marty was the first guy who told me to fight, that there MIGHT be a way out...and I'm glad I listened to him! I thought I was going to jail, but it turned out Marty argued with the judge that I should be allowed into Diversion and the judge agreed. Actually, he got the DA to agree too, even before the judge did. Hope I never have to hire him again, but if my friends or family need a DUI lawyer, he's the guy!

I don't know how he did it, but he did the impossible. I was gonna lose my license permanently, but he negotiated for me and I was able to keep my license. I can keep my job!
