On May 24, 2010 I received a fradulent credit card charge from the law offices of Martin R Capetz in the amount of $3.60 I have no idea who this guy is and never heard of him. Be careful

Showed up to DMV hearing 20 minutes late, did not show up to the arraignment at all, and had to hire another lawyer to enter diversion. Better off on your own.

I don't know how he did it, but he did the impossible. I was gonna lose my license permanently, but he negotiated for me and I was able to keep my license. I can keep my job!
