I was arrested for my 2nd DUI - and thought for sure that I was going to face jail time- Mr.Martino Stepped up as a young attorney I could relate to and - I walked out with Probation - I learned 2 valuble lessons that day - Never EVER drink and Drive and the best DUI attourney in MD is John Martino!! Great lawyer, I was savagely attacked in the middle of the night and he defended this man in court. My attacker got a guilty conviction and had to pay me full restitution. Thank you Mr. Martino

I was wrongfully arrested and charged. Martino did his homework, thoroughly investigated all avenues of having the charges dismissed and the charges were worked out with the prosecutor and witness prior to me being called before the judge, whereupon they were dismissed. I am very thankful for the over-the-top, job well done by Martino
