I met Randi at a women’s support program. She eluded to being able to help me as a single mom with 4 kids and limited income. When I formally consulted with her I said my ex husband and I are friendly and will work together to make this easy. She told me it was a flat rate due to a very uncomplicated divorce. Once I agreed, I called, emailed, sent documents and no answer. When she did answer, she asked for more money. More than double what she said up front. My ex and I got along, no unique financial items, just my job and his and one house. We could have done our own divorce for 250 dollars at county. Instead Randi lied to me, charged me a tremendous amount of money for NO additional service. I am now a single mom with 4 kids in debt because of Randi Vladimir. Would NOT recommend. If she had any decent, she’d refund the inaccurate added charges.

Was really great in the beginning, she reviewed my case and was confident in everything. Said she will go forward with the case and take her fees from the settled case. After waiting 9 months, phone calls and emails were not answered, she finally emailed me back and said she couldn’t go forward with my case until I gave her a retainer, why did it take 9 months to tell me that?

Randi is the best. She listens, she explains, she is realistic but forceful when it is appropriate. Just love her and her staff.

Randi is wonderful. She is always prepared, knowledgeable and has a great relationship with the judges. She was upfront with what she thought I would have to pay and the settlement was almost exactly what she advised me would happen. I have recommended her to several people and they were also very pleased.

Her manner often reflects rudeness, brash + insulting in her comments! Poor communicator + seems Overloaded with Too many clients and Too little time available to give her cases the attention they require. Would not recommend!

A wonderful attorney who guided me every step of the way in a complicated divorce and custody case. Great communication, always prepared and aggressive when needed. Although I went through an awful time, I am glad that Randi was there with and for me.

Randi provided excellent service and was responsive and professional. She clearly explained everything in a language I could understand and kept me apprised of the situation along the way. Her results speak for themselves . I would absolutely utilize her services in the future and recommend her to others with confidence.

My experience is identical to the others bad reviews posted. A number of trivial mistakes in support calculations cost me $1000s all due to poor preparation for court. A number of conveniently missed deadlines and opportunities for settlement cost me 10s of $1000s! Botched opportunity to have my ex psychologically evaluated. When things started going badly, she just stopped communicating. Unprofessional, unethical and GREEDY.

Would not recommend! Never returns calls or emails & everything is done last minute if at all. Disregards requests and dismisses questions (i.e. asked for support calcs for a year, then finally found out was due more than receiving). Staff is wonderful.

Repeated failures to communicate with opposing attorney led to a contempt hearing for me and the collapse of a custody agreement I had negotiated with my ex. When the support tables changed, my calculation showed that my support would go down. She said it would go up. (It went down.) Daily attempts by me over two weeks with zero response on an important custody matter led to my decision to go pro se. It then took her a month to get herself off of my case, which she erroneously claimed was a document that she had to personally deliver to the prothonotery, though I was willing to pick it up and take it in myself. (Halfway through that month she said it had been filed. Four days later it was finally filed.) When it was over, no last words of advice, no "good luck," no nothing but a final bill for services which got me pretty much nowhere. My overall impression...she probably does a great job for some clients but sure didn't serve me well.
