He was not my lawyer but the lawyer for the other party. Even after more than a year litigating (a case that should not even be in court) he continued to call HIS client by MY name! If he knew the facts he pretended not to. Now we are worried that the best way forward by his client would be to file a malpractice suit against this guy.
