Only chose the number 1 in ratings because it was lowest option. This woman met w/my child one time-by choice-upset my child tremendously simply by not even attempting to listen to her complaints against her ‘dad,’ aka the main purpose of seeking these services, & after the 1st appt AND me paying half of her retainer, I was informed I’d be the only one expected to pay on her bill. The other parent did receive ‘services’ from her but was not required to pay anything on bill, never did. After learning Id be the only 1 responsible for the bill I attempted to remove her from our case but was unsuccessful. She continued showing up to our hearings, while collecting a bigger bill, even made a home visit at my childs fathers house even after I all be begged her not to. Seeing her in the home was another traumatic event on my child, as they even had heated words, guardian exited child’s room but had happy conversation w/‘dad’ & new wife whom are main sources to my child stress; DO NOT USE!

She was an hour an a half late to court... Which put us at end of docket. The lawyers took it upon themselves to mediate terms of visitation an custody while we were waiting in the hall. Due to my lack of knowledge in the legal area, and out of desperation of wanting to see my daughter- I ignorantly agreed to terms that were very limited, I wish I had waited to go before the judge. ALSO- a month an a half later I recieved a letter from her office stating she filed to be removed from the case due to non payment. HOWEVER- I did pay her in full, and the day I did- I was never given a RECIEPT because someone in her office had backed up the printer and I would of had to wait quite awhile, she had said she would just email the RECIEPT to me. Which I never recieved!! DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY! SHE DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR SITUATION. SHE ISNT TRYING TO HELP YOU!

very disappointed with the representation I received from Trisha Archer. Very bad at returning phone calls and once you are able to get her on the phone she acts distracted.

I have had a few cases that Mrs. Archer has handled for me. She has always returned phone calls and has always answered my questions and has always worked for me unlike other attorneys I have had in the past. She has helped me keep my kids when my husband was trying to take them. Gwen (her assistant) has put my mind to ease on many occassions when I thought I was loosing it. I refered my best friend to this office and she is pleased with Mrs. Archer as well. Very pleased with what she has done and continues to do for me. Thank you.

this attorney is a joke. do not waste your money. choose someone you can trust. ms. archer should not have licence .

She is horrible at returning phone calls. She is horrible at keeping appointments. My divorce was filed 3/3/10. The parties were not fighting, we've had a temp agreement since April 2010. My ex is in contempt of court as he will not let me see my children. I have not received a return phone call on this matter or e-mail since late November. I'm paying for council, I don't have. I am firing her, filing a complaint with the bar association, and finding a real attorney. Do not under any circumstances hire this attorney. The Bar Association should revoke her license.

Horrible at returning phone calls, only cares about the money, doesn't care at all if she's going against the law or court orders as long as she gets paid. She's a moron that i hope rots in hell!

Ms. Archer is easy to work with. She knows her law and always calls me back within a few hours. She seems to genuinely care and I will hire her again.
