The incompetence of this attorney would have landed me in the state prison. He is a good salesman and convinces you he is going to work hard for you. First, he did not attempt to contact the DA except the few times I was in the office to negotiate a settlement. Second, he did not look up the penalties for my crimes, so he did not have a good defense strategy. He promised a lot and did little besides just showing up to continue my case. He wanted me to go to trial so he could charge even more than I paid for the pre-trial representation. I had my case transferred to the public defenders office and the supervisor took my case. He found out from the DA Mark didn't attempt a settlement with them. He found out the penalties for my crimes and we settled restitution and had my charges lessened. Mark did nothing. The public defender did way more! Please save your money and good name and hire someone else.
