This guy is a real shyster. He repeatedly makes serious errors in court documents, he seems to have a habit of losing cases, and he can't seem to keep promises he makes to pro se litigants or to the court. He tends to be quite obsequious with opposing counsel, which is definitely not good for an attorney. His knowledge is poor because he apparently does not do his homework to learn about ordinances for apartments. His communication is terrible because I kept calling, and he seldom answered the phone. He also uses some lady's voice who doesn't even state whether I have contacted a law firm. He completely lacks tenacity because he is eager to fold when the going gets tough. His work quality is so bad that I'd never consider hiring him--even to shine my shoes. His "services" are, in my opinion, devoid of value.
