Do not hire this attorney. She does not communicate well with the client nor use good business practices. It is neither professional nor ethical to yell at a client or fail to keep them informed of their monthly account balance.

Ms. Dylewski has been my attorney a number of times in the past 10 years and has always done a great job for me, no matter who was representing my ex. When I read these negative reviews, I was surprised but then I thought about the negative reviews my employer, a doctor, sometimes gets. Usually those people who are unhappy with my doctor are the ones who didn't follow his advice. Like attorneys, doctors can't comment on the reviews because their information is confidential.

I would not recommend this Attorney to anyone...ever. Her relationship with the other Attorney actually hurt my situation and I had to compromise more than I think I should have had the two attorneys were able to negotiate with each other.

This attorney was truely a nightmare for our situation. In the begginning she insisted we had a likely case. 2 years later we were left without ever actually going to court, no remaining retainer, and absolutley nothing to show for it. At one point the respondent was incarcerated and she told us she would send her paralegal to speak with him which never happened. When we started questioning what, if anything, had she done for our case she told us she "couldn't help us any longer" and that "nothing she could do would ever match our expectations." So if you have expectations of progress, then NO. She cannot match that. She was a total monster who as far as my husband and I are concerned, robbed us. The worst part is, a child should have been at her best interest and that child was the last thing on her agenda.

Diane is very knowledgeable in family law. She represented us in a custody battle and was an absolute shark. Couldn't be happier with her performance. If you need a family law attorney in the Ocala area this is the one to get.

This attorney's barely competent work and absolute lack of timely communication made my divorce drag out and turn nastier than it needed to be. What started as amicable got sour after her delays and lack of knowledge of current law. I ended up battling her more than I battled my ex. Only later did I find out that she has a reputation as being difficult for other lawyers to work with also, and this ultimately hurt my case. She prides herself on "aggressiveness" but you have to actually know what you are doing to be aggressive, not just be difficult for everyone including the judge to deal with. Missed deadlines, poor communication, sometimes downright bizarre behavior.
