From onset appears to not know law, and lacks the research necessary to do the quality of work that the California system demands. He would not even pass the knowledge test of a paralegal much less a law firm due to sloppiness and overreaching of invalid defenses. Has not the tenacity to be plaintiffs attorney, nor the knowledge base to be representing government entities. Will likely be hired as gov't employee by someone, as he appears not able to make it in the competitive world of commerce.

He represented me in a case and I didn't feel he had a ton of fire behind his motivation to knock down the people that were walking all over him and his case. He played a little nice.

This Attorney handled a case for the HOA in the building I live in. The common interest pipes are bad in the three stacked units on my floor , and has caused extensive damage. He tried to say in the court of law that non-licensed plumbers hired by the HOA can replace the pipes , which is against the law. He is very country acting.
