Will charge 20 minutes at $500 to send/read EVERY email to schedule a time on his calendar (so don't think of proposing a different time, just go with the first choice of free time on his calendar)!
Non-existent follow-up on issues and unresponsive for weeks at a time because he's travelling. Any email (after weeks of non-communication) urging for status due to lack of his follow up would result in an invoice at $500 per hour for 20 minutes etc. he would spend "reading" our request email.
