Stay away! She will argue the most obscure points of law at your expense (and lose). Beware of her retainer agreement which contains a clause billing you a flat fee for every point of letter or email. She charges you for a confirmation note for "receiving your payment!!!". Her lack of financial acumen (other than billing) cost me thousands. She constantly misses or cancels meetings at the last minute - which can get really expense when you drag expert witnesses away from their office. Even when in arbitration when the arbitrator tells he she will lose on a point she ill insist on fighting it - on your dime of course. She cost a fortune for absolutely nothing.
