This attorney is for you if you want to waste your money and accomplish nothing. He couldn't accomplish writing up and filing a simple divorce. I was out $1200 dollars and ended up doing my divorce my self.

Tom Kruse is a great trial lawyer. A real shark. If you need a trial lawyer, he's a great one. If you just need a lawyer for you divorce, he's terrible. He doesn't listen. Wants to get to the next person. Makes you sign over your home to him because he's worried about his costs and fee's. Will lose paperwork and then charges you to find them or redo them. You work out your divorce with little help from him or staff. When you do it wrong, which most people do, he gets irate. Doesn't return phone calls. Do not use this lawyer.
