Susan Rhode acted as our parenting consultant. She created more troubles than she resolved! Her knowledge of children is limited to her undergraduate degree in Education, she has no experience raising children. Once she had the contract, she was vile to me but treated the father better. And this is a father who isn’t much of a “dad”. Be careful.

She knew her stuff but was too busy and her paralegal runs about two to three months behind in correspondence. Including when their are court documents involved. Actually, to be truthful her correspondence was always postmarked on the day things were due (giving me no time to fulfill my obligations).
