I encouraged mt boyfriend to keep her as his attorney, it's the worst mistake I have made. She makes all these broken promises/claims in which she states she can do and in the end it never falls through. She was appointed to my boyfriend, wouldn't have hired her if we had the money. Can't trust her.

I am very happy with Yoyi. She fought really hard for me and what really set her apart is she actually cared. She had many conversations with my wife and went above and beyond with her defense she was appointed as my IDO and I received the same level of service that her private practice clients receive. If you need someone to defend you, I would say you are in good hands.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! you may be better off with a public defender! Hired her and she hasn't returned my calls in OVER 3-weeks. Shes never in her office and she forgot about one of our appointments but I still got charged for it!I have court coming up and she wont talk to me unless I come up with more money. Public record revealed she is in pre-foreclosure, etc. so may explain other posts to where she just takes your money and keeps asking for more with out doing any work!

Choosing an attorney is not an easy thing. The heavier the charges, the costlier they become. After signing the retainment service contract and handing over the fee, you're pretty much stuck with that person and all you can do is hope for the best. Given the facts of my case, Yoyi counseled me into accepting a deal rather than going to trial. Whether you agree with it or not, you'll never know if you could have done better in trial or not, or in terms of choosing an attorney, you'll never know if you're gonna get your money's worth. All i have to say is choose wisely and feel pick an attorney based on what your gut tells you rather than the money it will cost. Was I happy with the terms of the deal of my sentence? Ofcourse not, but it may or may not have been worse...

Yoyi never answered her phone or responded to your emails, unless you have to call 2-3 times. If your case is continuing after you pay up all her fees, the communication got worse. In one meeting with the DA and myself, to negotiate a plea bargain, she can't even say one thing to support you, and even rehashed what the DA wants! She also works as a public defender, so you know they just show up and get paid. Stay away!

She did an awesome job with helping our son. She is very knowledgeable and caring to help get the minimal sentence as possible. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.
