I basically had to do all the work for this lawyer including settling my own serrlement agreement. hardley came to court told me this sad story about her husband having brain cancer and was unable to do the work in a timely manner. Had I know her priorities befor hiring her I would not have hired her.

Very bad, agree with sending differnce attoneys. Charged for reviewing papers and did not address any issues. Very expensive

never returned phone calls. only showed up to one hearing, and sent a diff person the other times. initial interview she seemed so excited to help, eager to win. didnt tell me she was retiring in a few months and wouldnt be around the office hardly at all. charged me her rate to have others and interns do the work. let the opposing party call and come in the office, just to expedite and end the case, but then charged me for time spent working with the party. without my authorization or knowledge of this. didnt win one case for me, pawned me off on everyone else, and was frusterated with me when i questioned this. hasnt done anything but lose and file papers for me and ran my bill up to 9k within 4mo, and when i got upset she dropped me like a fly. 2wks before my case is final. ive never felt more betrayed.

I couldn't agree more. Extremely lazy...I was VERY disappointed. Never returned phone calls. When they did it was never the same person. They never remembered anything about my case when they finally did call back! If they gave me the wrong information--they blamed me saying I misunderstood! I ended up switching law firms half way though my case.
