Kevin handled a eviction for me and handled the case in a professional manner overcoming the delays by the other side as was able to get me possession in record time..Ill use him again and will recommend him to my friends

Horrible! He sold a condo in the morning & was the buyer's agent on the next transaction for his client. I have never seen a more disorganized, horrible set of transactions. To my knowledge, he never reviewed preliminary numbers with his client on either transaction. The client believed they were netting aprx. $60k from the sale of their condo, which they would then use as their entire down payment. Without talking to his client, he closed the sale and the client only netted $54.7k. He yelled at the lender on the purchase, when they wanted to review both HUD-1's to verify funds. So, all of us sat until the title agent sent the package to the lender's office, and then waited. The lender in the room had to call his office, to verify what the client cleared from the 1st sale, then raise the loan amt, and re-underwrite the loan. I have never seen a more unprofessional attorney. You should hear how he talks to industry contacts, it's absurd. Everything is someone else's fault, never hi
