We were steered to Xlander's office by our realtor, and had no prior knowledge of the firm. They were average in their handling of the closing, although the fees were about 30% higher than we have paid in the past. However, when we attempted to have them follow up on post closing issues, it was extremely difficult to get a response from the attorneys -- it took over a month to finally get a second-hand message that they would not help with what is a fairly routine issue. I really cannot recommend this office and suggest you look elsewhere for your real estate needs.

I referred my buyer to this firm. I used them in past. It has been over a week and buyer has yet to hear from an attorney. Also, taken a week to have papers for me to sign. I feel I need to babysit this firm to get any results. I could lose my buyer by the time this company puts this together. It is a cash buyer. Should have only taken a couple of weeks.

Fees are extremely reasonable, attorneys and paralegals are very competent. This is the firm for a residential or commercial real estate transaction.
