Great lawyers specially if you have a real estate and business case. I had a case involving a business and the real estate of the business. I felt I had excellent representation and that they took care of me with care. They were very professional.

I had a real estate case. I recommend this firm. I was in court for the trial of the case with Mr. Kerendian. The firm was on top of the case. They are aggressive in handling the case. Outcome turned out far better than I expected! Mr. Kerandian's reputation and aggressiveness in court made all the difference in the world for my case.

I've worked with Mr. Kerendian and his associate attorneys on three seperate occassions, and I have always found he and his staff to be forthright in their dealings; very tenacious in their representation; and extremely knowledgeable about their areas of practice.They're all very friendly as well, which is a plus. Great firm.

Solid real estate attorney. Our case was upside down and I had to fire my old attorney. Shab and his office Had it completely turned around with a positive outcome. I highly recommend this office.

I had a case with this firm and they did a great job for me. The attorney who handled my case was very knowledgeable and all my calls were returned quickly. I have had experience with law firms and it is hard to get a call back. Not with this firm. My attorney was on top of the case. If you want a high quality attorney with great experience, go with this firm.

My friends got nickeled and aimed by his firm. If you want to pay 295.00 per hour to talk to your attorney then he would be a good choice.
