Hired Charles Fiore for a simple change in custody after exwife was convicted of second dui.Not only did I not get the change I was ordered to prove money being paid towards court ordered legal fees.Charles Fiore never argued any of the facts. Instead he told me that I got my foot in the door and that he would take it easy on future legal fees. When I finally spoke to him about the outcome he asked me if I really thought I was walking out of court with a change of Custody on the first try. He talked a good game during the intial consultation but the reality is everything that he and his office did I could of done myself. Very disappointed in his performance and lack of compassion when confronted about it.

incompetent staff as well as incompetent attorney. consistently dropped the ball and was ill prepared.
