His picture is all over the telephone book at the front, back, and in almost all of the pages. His picture made me think it will be worth it to call. I found out heck no. They answer like with an ego or have pressure so they treat me with an attitude.

Recently I was involved in a car accident where I was rear ended and the air bags were deployed. I ended up having to go to the hospital to undergo concussion protocol and also for a possible neck injury. The doctors said I had a mild concussion and I was to stay out of bright lights for at least 4 days. I also had to wear a neck brace. Long story short, I ended up missing 3 weeks of work, which put me in a hole financially. My father-in-law told me to call a lawyer to see if they could help me out. I ended up calling David Kohm and his law firm. They treated me very well and were very professional. They gathered all the necessary information and went to work right away. I was extremely happy with the final results and I was able to get out hole I was in. I definitely would recommend David Kohm and his legal team.

I am a current client and just want to warn anyone considering this attorney's office to STAY AWAY! They are awful! The attorney will NOT fight for you, ALL he is interested in is a quick and easy settlement, as fast as possible, even if it's NOT in the client's best interest! Communication takes forever, and even when you demand to speak with the attorney, they try to keep you away. I feel like I'm fighting a battle on two fronts - one with the insurance company and one with getting my attorney and his staff to do their job! The attorney has little to no knowledge about my case and even the paralegals are clueless. I know more about the law and personal injury than these bozos! I wish I'd never met them and now I'm stuck with them. Stay away, stay away, STAY AWAY! Run, find someone through prepaid legal or a referral service or the ABA, and don't fall for the hype or any promises they make. You will definitely regret it if you hire this law firm for any legal issue.

David S. Kohm and Associates provided me with great results. Other law firms seemed to want to give me false promise not this one though. They had clear direction on what they wanted to do and they made this hard situation that I was dealing with much more comfortable. Bottom line is I would use their services again if I needed too.

I am currently a client. I SHOULD HAVE READ ALL THE REVIEW FIST! It is %100 true that they never call you back. "_____ is with another client at the moment, would you like _____ to call you back?" No call back. You are better off not hiring a lawyer at all than hiring this firm. IF you sign with them on a contingency basis (auto insurance loss/injury claim) they will not let you out of the contract even if they haven't done a thing for you. They are still entitled to %33.33 percent whether they represent you or not. Once you sign. you do not have direct access to the responsible insurance party. With David Kohm's office not calling you back or doing their JOB, you're screwed. Also the doctors/specialist they send you to are quacks & hacks. Use Noteboom or Loncar in the DFW area.

Please save your time. Do not hire this lawyer for a car wreck. I was involved in a car wreck over two years ago. Without going into details. Lets just say he is out to make money for himself. He got more money than me. His office employees are a joke as well. Just like previous reviews..His staff will not call you back. It took a week for a call back after calling everyday.

David is a serious lawyer with a serious work ethic. I was involved in a car accident earlier this year and David helped me through the difficult process of medical management and insurance payment. They are a busy group, but they have never failed to get back to me within 24 hours. I have no complaints with David and his team. I would certainly recommend him to even my closest friends.

I agree with other post that the employees NEVER return phone calls. I chose them because their office in Ft Worth is nearby. But after the first meeting, I was told I wouldn't be going there. I don't get return phone calls. Vicki is the only one in the office that returns calls and is very friendly.

He was a joke....DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY...Run pass goal do not collect $200 and do not to look back! First you never talk David Kohm...in fact if you do speak with someone, it is his staff, maybe 1 or 2 weeks later (on a return call)! And it is always the same story. They are waiting on a call back from the insurance company. Over 2 years with this attorney and I have heard that same statement over 100 times! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!

I used this law office for my divorce and what a MISTAKE that was. It took 6 months to get temporary orders while I was receiving no child support. I paid in cash up front retainer and estimated charges for a non contested divorce. I provided them with any and everything they asked for immediately and I was very organized. Before I even had temporary orders in hand I was being billed above and beyond the quote. I was put off, phone calls and questions were not answered. This was the worst experience with a law firm I have ever had. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW OFFICE... They STEAL your money and do NOTHING in return. I ended up firing the lawyer after dealing with them for over a YEAR. I had to hire another attorney (which is MORE paperwork) and money to complete my divorce.

I am currently trying to get the arlington office to correct an error done back in 2005 and my discharged bankruptcy case has been "REOPENED". No return calls, always in a meeting, out of the office or just plain getting ignored. Was told I may have to open a new case when it was there fault in the first place. This error is costing me money. Soooooo frustrated!

I think this firm did a pretty good job for me on my case. My only complaint is that they could have communicated better and more frequent. Other then that, I got a good settlement out of the case. They fought for me and finally the insurance company offered what was fair after we had to file a lawsuit against the driver that hit me. In all, I would use this firm again and I think they did a good job for me on my case.

My husband and I are using this firm to file for bankruptcy. A simple case that should take 60 days to complete has taken over 10 months so far. We have dealt with EVERY person in this office and we often have to do the work FOR them. They will request the same information time and time again only to lose it and require us to take time off and go into their office to correct the information. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes and have blamed US for their mistakes on more than one occasion. Just this past Monday, the guy working our case (Larry) told my husband to stop yelling when he was not yelling. He lied to me and made a total a$$ of himself. I've yet to meet David as his is not physically IN the Arlington Office ever. Also, my husband made a comment to one of the case workers about having the user and password to their office email account on a post-it stuck to her monitor for everyone to see. Like everyone else, no returned calls, was told to use email only.

Our accident occurred back in Dec of 2005. As of today I have yet to receive phone call or email letting me know what was going on. I've called numerous times to speak with my paralega handling the case (Lindsay) and she is always from her desk or at lunch. 3 years, no calls, unacceptable!

Despite all the complaints I see here. I have to admit that David Kohm office was wonderful. I had return phone calls and if I did leave a message they called me that day or the next day. My settlement was an awesome amount. I fired my previous attorney and hired David's office and they did better than my old attorney. All my doctors was paid and there was nothing wrong with any of my disbursement. That was something I saw first when I saw all these complaints. I have to admit. I had no problems and I will use them again. To bad other people had a bad experiance.

I'm suing this attorney firm. I live in florida but am in dallas,tx to get the lawsuits going. I have met 8 other former clients who are also going to be part of the suit. This office is absolutly the worst. I have a case that happened in 2004. It is still not settled. The other guy was at fault, even received a ticket at the scene. They want me to settle which is now my only option since they didn't handle my case in a timely manner. Never return my calls. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this lawyer. We have had at least 7 people representing us through the almost 5 year process, which is still not settled. This is a simple car accident. We would just call and ask for "Jane" and "Joe" would pick up. They never inform you of any changes in a timely manner, they never call you back, never communicate with you. On one occasion, we left 8 messages over a 2 month period and never received a return call. We finally called and spoke to David Khom personally. He, of course, was not one of our many lawyers. Our communication improved for a very short time, then went back to crap. I am 32 and this is the only time I ever contacted a lawyer. Somehow, I managed to pick the absolute worst one. Allow my mistake to prevent you from making one of your own. Do not use this firm. When you find one, interview them as if you were hiring them for a 5 year contract. Ask for references and actually call them. Good luck and be patient, you will need it.

I used Mr. Kohm when I had my head-on collision last winter. He and his firm were very helpful, even getting me a different doctor when I needed it. I got a very good result and would highly recomend them.

Don't ever uae this firm. They never responded to any of my Doctors on time or my phone calls. They rank as the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of using. They also tried to retain their full fee after I fired them for pissing off all my doctors and not even gathering my medical bills for the 5 doctors I saw, with 6 months since they were hired. He took way to many cases on from the big yellow page ad I responded to obviously. His paralegal was the only one I got to speak with in over the six months I was with his firm. The only time the dead beat called me was when I told his paralegal to tell David he was fired. I can't tell you how upset I am with his lack of judisiary duty to me as a client.
