dear people, have to tell you this guy is the worst and i mean worst ,can't even say the word (lawyer).hired him for a divorce.put down a payment. within 3 days he harrassed me for more money because his car needed repairs,I obliged.on THANKSGIVING DAY HE CALLED FOR MORE MONEY,I told him no.I TOLD HIM I HAVE SURGERY COMING UP AND WOULD CONTACT HIM WHEN I WAS ABLE.AT THIS TIME I TOLD HIM DO NOT FILE ANYTHING WITH THE STATE,OR CONTACT MY HOME.I WOULD CALL HIM WHEN READY TO PROCEDE.HE CALLED ME THE DAY AFTER MY SURGERY AND ASKED FOR MORE MONEY THAT HE NEEDED TO PAY A GUY FOR SOMETHING?AT THIS POINT I TOLD HIM MY WIFE AND I HAD RECONCILED,AND WAS NOT FILING FOR DIVORCE.HE TOLD ME NO YOUR JUST DEPRESSED.I TOLD HIM I THINK THEIR IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOU AND YOUR FIRED .AND WHEN ABLE WOULD COME IN TO COLLECT MY PAPER WORK WHICH WAS NEVER FILED AT MY REQUEST..WHEN I WAS ABLE TO GET TO HIS OFFICE,HE SAID WERE EVEN.I HAVE CONTACTED THE NY BAR ASSOC.&IN THE PROCESS LIST OF HARASSING CALLS.

This lawyer is money hungry, unprofessional. All his concerns were about receiving his money for the appointment. He harassed me at all hours of the night for cash and on weekends. He never gave an itemized bill to me and when the end of my divorce was so close, he admitted that he did not read the papers. But said it was a good deal. He should be disbarred.

Mr. Nowak was my guardian angel...he was incredibly supportive and helpful...he had so much knowledge and he always guided me in the right way..he truly saved my home and my life...I have recommended him many times in the past and will in the future...

It is ashame, his lack of professional conduct in treating a woman going through a difficult divorce. He was more concerned about earning money than resolving the case in the best interests of our children.

There is no substitute for experience and Mr. Nowak has it. Looking back after some time has passed it’s easy to see how following his advice left me in a much better position to get on with my life. I can easily recommend him as an excellent divorce attorney.

Mr. Nowak is knowledgeable, patient & professional. Mr. Nowak took time to ensure that I understood every part of my divorce procedure and make sure that I understood everything in my divorce settlement. I would recommend him 1000 times over.
