Pathetic knowledge of law, unprofessional in court rooms, withholds information from clients, fails to inform clients of their rights, will tel her client one thing and do/say something totally different in court. Not trustworthy! Once she had your $ she will tell you whatever you want to hear. No integrity, no backbone, she is a fraud. Yet the bar association allows anyone who pays their dues to practice. The BAR IS PRIVATELY OWNED ORGANIZATION, and not put in place by any law or legislation.

On or about May 2007 I posted a negative report. I documented that the Court of Appeals judges found her representative of an innocent man so bad they though she should be disciplined. That evaluation was removed. Another evaluation on this site was also removed. It said that July 2006 her husband cruised I-75 stopping at rest areas putting up advertising with her picture on it. That evaluation was also removed. Most recently she and her husband have taken to selling 'antiques' at flea markets to get money. Does that sound like an attorney you want representing you? She is hopelessly in debt. She is such a bad attorney the Michigan Bar last year disciplined her for abandoning her clients. BEWARE, BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

For an attorney to profit from the tears of parents is part of the "FIA GAME". When children are being ripped from families because of poverty, billing the parents at $200 an hour only guarantees the children will never be returned. The ethics of this attorney needs to be questioned. I suggest everyone file grievances with the Michigan Bar Association and have her disbarred. CPS takes the children and this attorney takes whatever dignity and last dollar from your bank account. She is just one example of why Michigan's child welfare laws need to be reformed. she repersented me in a fight for my son and she did not do her job,she was late most of the time and she didnt stand up to the judge nor cps in fact she made my case worse i was not happy with her work at all and in fact thanks to her i beleave she made a inpacted on my case for the judge to terminate my rights shes not worth the money i have paid and im very sorry i let her repersent me

If you want to buy a friend at $200/hr go ahead. If you want an attorney look else where. She talks a good talk, but doesn't have any skills in the courthouse. Judges just don't like her and rule against you just because she is so offensive.

If you want the best this is the attorney for you. She is honest, hardworking and goes above and beyond to help her clients. I would reccommend her to anyone involved in family court and if you are involved with CPS/DHS she is definitely who you want.
