He is an amazing attorney and went to bat for me in my divorce case. His tenacity and drive is a force to be recond with as he keeps things moving forward and doesn't back down. I would highly recommend him and have done so already.

I was really impressed with his style of approach to my case. Never at any point did I feel the need to question his direction. He always made himself available when I had inquiries which was a big plus. My case was handled with precision and I will definitely recommend this firm to some one in the future.

I never thought that going through a custody battle was going to be so hard. Going through the process was not easy. Things were getting out of hand and without experience in such matters, I began to look for an attorney. I did some on-line research and eventually decided on a particular lawyer, Michael Splivalo. I hired him to handle my child custody case with confidence. Mr. Splivalo and his staff were very helpful and explained the necessary steps, and explained it would be some time before I saw any results in my favor. He told me to be patient, patience was that last thing I had since my child was taken away from me.
He was very professional and courteous, and he listened to my concerns and guided me through each step of the process. He handled all of the negotiations properly and efficiently. When it was over, I was more than happy to be able to put a stressful situation behind me and have my daughter back. I give credit and a big thank you to Mr. Splivalo and his staff.

I was nervous about choosing Mr Splivalo as my lawyer for the fact that I live in Virginia and my case was located there in Fresno California. Before I was even billed we had a lengthy phone consult on the nature of my case and also on my intentions for outcomes. The phone consults were very professional and dealt with many details of the case and we explored many avenues of results before we even filed. Upon our first physical meeting Mr Splivalo and I just took a some time to really get to know each other, this helped later when I was present in court and mediation. He was able to give me advice on behavior and responses that would keep things focused on the custody case and not on me as a person. Should I have to return to California for any more of court proceedings in my case or anything else related I feel that I shall use Mr Splivalo’s services again.

I don't tend to reflect on my experiences working with my various legal counsels, but my personal attorney, Mike Splivalo, deserves recognition for his job at helping me with my complex case. Living and working in the Bay Area presented unique challenges for me, but through several meetings with Mike I learned to just let go and have him handle my case rather than micro-manage him, which I have to admit was extremely hard because I can be very opinionated. I should also point out that Mike visited me in the hospital following an incident. His visit was a complete surprise and just shows how compassionite he can be. With Mike's determination I was awarded custody and a substantial check. I'm sure there were other attorneys that could have handled my case, but in hindsight I felt I made one of the best decisions in selecting him. I'm sure other people will have a different experience than my own when using Mike, but I feel that has more to do with the client's personality than Mike's.

michael splivalo, I mean what can I really say about him that I can put together in nice words, none really. This person who calls himself a lawyer was a big mistake I put upon myself when I had consulted and hired him to be my lawyer, there were numerous red flags that i should of been aware but I kept my hopes high on believing when he said he was an aggressive lawyer. But it was after I had paid the retainer fee that I felt I had made a big mistake, not only did he talk me down from my initial custody that I was seeking, but throught out the custody hearings he was unwilling to step up to the plate and represent me in a manner that I deserve, I felt as if I was recieving the lower end of the stick with my custody battle through his so called expertise. All I can really say about him is that he never took into consideration what I was seeking for in my custody hearing, nor did he listen to any ideas I had suggested. The guy doesn't have a backbone, seem like he was working against me

Could it be that this attorney faithfully slogged through this nasty case and finally got the matter to the point the 2nd attorney could put the finishing touches on the case and bring it home?
