Daniel Kaplan is all about money. He could care less what he does just wants to make sure he gets paid. He will lie make up stories just to make himself look better. He has told his client to lie over and over during trial and besides he fact he dates and screws around with his clients. He has his clients have play dates with his children. No wonder his wife left him because he a piece of trash. Don't trust this attorney he will take your money and not doing anything for you.

Don't know why the other reviewers had such a negative experience. I am one of four clients of Mr. Kaplan I know and we all had a great experience. His staff is extremely professional and he was always responsive

Was completely outclassed by opposing counsel. Was lazy, sloppy and more interested in getting new clients then doing a good job with his current clients. He was impossible to get on the phone. Ultimately, he made a serious and costly blunder that led us to fire him
